Two-Day Intensives | Story-Based | Trauma-Aware | Culturally Grounded
Workshops use storytelling, reflection, creative expression, and relational learning in ways that prioritize safety, choice, and respect. Activities are optional, developmentally appropriate, and paced to meet participants where they are.
Perspective, identity, and seeing beyond the moment — for youth who feel overwhelmed or disconnected from purpose.
Loyalty, complicated love, and moral conflict — supporting youth navigating family disruption or conflicting values.
Self-compassion, shame, and repair after mistakes — accountability without self-erasure.
Self-esteem, boundaries, and quiet confidence — affirming that sensitivity and reflection are forms of strength.
Grief, sadness, and emotional patience — supporting youth experiencing loss or prolonged stress.
Joy, regulation, and permission to feel light again — without minimizing pain.
Decision-making, peer pressure, and integrity — choosing with values rather than fear.
Anxiety, intuition, and navigating the unknown — building inner safety when answers are not immediate.
Body safety, voice, and healing after disclosure — reclaiming safety, trust, and self-worth.
